Molly Hartigan, Therapist, MA, LPC

Whatever you might be dealing with in life, counseling can help you get through it. Whether managing everyday stress, healing from the past, or navigating your present, working together in therapy can help make your best life a reality. You matter. As a counselor, my job is to support you in reaching your goals and creating the life you desire.

My approach is focused on helping each client recognize their strength and resilience. Therapeutic areas of focus include anxiety and depression, gender identity and expression, trauma and abuse, issues related to sexual orientation, and self-harming behaviors. I provide a safe, compassionate space for your growth and healing.

Members of the LGBTQ+ community are all welcome. I strive to create a space that is welcoming and affirming for all people.

Evening and weekend hours are available. I also offer therapy in group settings.

Contact me today to take an important first step toward healing and growth.

About Me

After working in the health care field, I decided to complement my experience of helping people by completing my master’s degree in Professional Counseling.

As a graduate of Lindenwood University, I completed my internship in private practice through Creve Coeur Community Counseling. It was my privilege to work with clients who were dealing with a broad range of issues including depression, anxiety, gender expression, conflict management, and trauma, among other issues.

My clinical areas of focus include transgender health and wellness, LGBTQIA+ related issues, and self harming behaviors. I also provide wellness coaching and am certified through the Missouri Department of Mental Health.
