through it. Whether managing everyday stress, healing from the past, or
navigating your present, working together in therapy can help make your
best life a reality. You matter. As a counselor, my job is to support
you in reaching your goals and creating the life you desire.
My approach is focused on helping each client recognize their strength
and resilience. Therapeutic areas of focus include anxiety and
depression, gender identity and expression, trauma and abuse, issues
related to sexual orientation, and self-harming behaviors. I provide a
safe, compassionate space for your growth and healing.
Members of the LGBTQ+ community are all welcome. I strive to create a space that is welcoming and affirming for all people.
